Lynn M. Johnson

Lynn M. Johnson, PT, MHA. has more than 40 years of experience working in healthcare including clinical and management roles in hospital, outpatient and homecare programs. She has been a surveyor for The Rehabilitation Commission (CARF) for almost 15 years, conducting national and international CARF accreditation surveys of rehabilitation programs and services.
Ms. Johnson earned a B.S. degree in physical therapy from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a Masters degree in Healthcare Administration from the University of St. Francis. Her professional career has included service line leadership in orthopedics and rehabilitation and the development of processes to support the opening of a freestanding rehabilitation hospital in Southeastern Wisconsin. Her experience includes program development, customer service facilitation, team development, staff and patient education, physician relations, medical staff development, quality management and data analysis, utilization review, and policy and procedure development. She enjoys sharing her knowledge and helping to facilitate change through consensus building, believing that the best solutions are those that are arrived at through collaboration.
Lynn values her family and the many friends she has made through her travels and balances her worklife with gardening, reading and knitting.
