Ryan T. Neville, OTR/L, MBA, has more than 15 years of experience working in healthcare working in clinical management in hospitals, inpatient and outpatient program development, as well as in the oversight of the accreditation process. In his numerous years working with Rehabilitation Commission (CARF), he participates as either the administrative or clinical program surveyor.
Ryan earned a B.S. degree in occupational therapy from Shawnee State University and an MBA from Ohio University. His professional career spans numerous leadership roles in comprehensive rehabilitation services including stroke programs, spasticity clinics, driver training and mental health services. Additionally his experience includes working in hyperbaric medicine, bariatric surgical programs, and coordinating patient satisfaction as well as lean six sigma projects.
Ryan is a member of the American College of Healthcare Executives, serves on numerous boards and was proudly the named 2007 Ohio Hospital Association Healthcare Worker of the Year.
When not working Ryan, a trained basketball shooting coach, and his sons operate the School of Swish– that promotes the development of advanced offensive basketball skills. He truly enjoys coaching -whether with a wheelchair basketball team, baseball teams or Special Olympics!
