Bonnie Breit

Bonnie Breit, is an established professional with over 40 years experience focusing on organizational practice and program development. She has worked in a variety of healthcare settings throughout the east coast.  In 1991, Ms. Breit established BRB Consulting, Inc. to help organizations deliver quality and effective healthcare and  human services.  Assuring conformance with regulatory mandates has been one of her primary areas of interest.  As a CARF surveyor, she enjoys both learning and sharing best practices throughout the “Rehab and Social Service Communities”.  Most recently her focus has expanded to provide personal coaching for new and growing rehab managers and directors.  Experience is a marvelous teacher and sharing that learning with others is an area in which Ms. Breit excels.

Previously, Ms. Breit served as an Advisor for the International Pediatric Rehabilitation Collaborative, aka IPRC which is committed to improving rehab services  for pediatrics. She maintains a personal, hands-on approach while creating positive clinical and operational outcomes with her clients, especially as she prepares them for CARF accreditation.

In addition, Ms. Breit continues to focus on sharing her product, Quick-Seat – Retractable Folding Chair, designed to make life easier and improve access for people with disabilities.  Proving the old adage, once an occupational therapist, always an occupational therapist!

Ms. Breit has recently retired as the CEO/President of BRB Consulting. She will continue to serve as a consultant within BRB and will continue to be a CARF surveyor. In her retirement she looks forward to supporting the ongoing success and philosophy of BRB Consulting.
