Michael D. Beck, M.B.A., M.S., CCC/SLP has more than 35 years of experience working in healthcare, 20 of which were executive roles in a large medical center. As a speech-language pathologist he has experience in acute and post-acute care settings, as well as in outpatient and community-based settings, with an emphasis in neurorehabilitation.
Michael obtained the CPHQ (Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality) in 2002, as well as the CHC (Certified in Healthcare Compliance) in 2008 and has been a surveyor for CARF International for over 25 years. He has extensive experience in opening and growing hospital-based medical rehabilitation units, various healthcare business units, including skilled units for medical rehabilitation. Michael has ten years of experience in overseeing inpatient and outpatient mental health and addiction programs for both adults and adolescents. Additionally, he has over 20 years of experience mentoring healthcare clinicians and healthcare leaders.
