Her professional career has included serving as a Director of Quality Management, Program Director, Compliance Officer, and Risk Manager as well as diverse clinical experience from pediatric to geriatric care across multiple inpatient and outpatient clinical settings.\u00a0 She is an active CARF surveyor, performing accreditation surveys in Medical Rehabilitation programs and services.<\/p><p>Beyond her clinical and administrative roles, she has contributed to academic development as an Adjunct Professor at Kent State University \u2013 Ashtabula and Bryant &amp; Stratton College, as well as serving as an advisory council member for directors of quality management at a system level.<\/p><p>In her free time, Allison enjoys gardening, traveling, and spending time with her three daughters, husband, and their beloved (and shamelessly spoiled) Labrador Retriever.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-1b4091b
