
With over two decades of experience in healthcare rehabilitation and administration, Allison is an accomplished healthcare professional that has demonstrated expertise in quality management, program direction, survey readiness and clinical therapy across various prestigious institutions.
Allison received a BS in Occupational Therapy from the University of Pittsburgh and later enhanced her credentials with a Masters in Healthcare Administration from Ohio University as well as furthered her clinical knowledge through cancer treatment certification and becoming a Certified Lymphedema Specialist. Her professional career has included serving as a Director of Quality Management, Program Director, Compliance Officer, and Risk Manager as well as diverse clinical experience from pediatric to geriatric care across multiple inpatient and outpatient clinical settings. She is an active CARF surveyor, performing accreditation surveys in Medical Rehabilitation programs and services.
Beyond her clinical and administrative roles, she has contributed to academic development as an Adjunct Professor at Kent State University – Ashtabula and Bryant & Stratton College, as well as serving as an advisory council member for directors of quality management at a system level.
In her free time, Allison enjoys gardening, traveling, and spending time with her three daughters, husband, and their beloved (and shamelessly spoiled) Labrador Retriever.
