Rebecca Gerber is a grant writing and fundraising professional with over 10 years of experience working with non-profit organizations. Rebecca holds a Bachelor of Arts from Barnard College, Columbia University and a Master of City and Regional Planning from the Edward J. Bloustein School of Planning and Public Policy, Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey.

Most recently, Rebecca served as Development and Communications Manager for Entrepreneur Works, an organization that provides small business loans, training and guidance to underserved entrepreneurs in the Philadelphia region. Rebecca managed Entrepreneur Works’ efforts to engage new individual donors, expand corporate contributions, and identify new sources of foundation and government support. She also planned and executed annual fundraising events, worked closely with the Board of Directors on new development initiatives, and spearheaded an initiative to strengthen the organization’s communications in order to meet its aggressive fundraising goals. During her time at Entrepreneur Works Rebecca helped to secure approximately $575K in funding per year.

Originally from New York City, Rebecca now enjoys living (and exploring the many playgrounds!) in the Philly area with her husband and two young children.
