With more than 40 years of healthcare experience, Mimi is a seasoned administrator. She has worked in a variety of rehabilitation settings including inpatient rehab hospitals, hospital based rehab units, and outpatient rehab networks. Her experience includes working in the private sector as well as in the for-profit world. Mimi has been responsible for daily operations and census building for both in patient and out patient rehab services.  She has worked extensively as a consultant. Her strengths include supporting  startup operations for new rehab programs and in establishing new rehab hospital development. Mimi is a seasoned CARF surveyor with a great deal of passion for all aspects of rehabilitation.

Prior to her most recent retirement from full time work, Mimi worked as Director of Inpatient Rehab and Acute Therapy in a community hospital in North Carolina. Prior to that, she worked at Bryn Mawr Rehab Hospital developing an outpatient rehab network while engaging in contract management. She also assumed responsibility for all therapy services in the 150 bed rehabilitation hospital.

Mimi started her healthcare career as a physical therapist. She loves to travel, enjoys good food and going to movies with friends. She works as a volunteer in her church, and is a lifelong football fan.
